Q. Is there any way of generating a report of SMS sent and received? 

A. Yes! e-txt™ has very detailed reporting. If you go to the Summary Report page from within e-txt™, you can choose look at different time periods to view detailed reports of the status of all of your messages sent and received. You can download these to CSV to see more information. 

Detailed reports can also be found in our other messaging applications. Campaign Manager analyses your messaging activity so that you can see how a campaign is going and adjust it to maximise its productivity.
