The Campaign Manager also sends survey progress texts.
• Each survey design can be saved, deleted or adapted to new questions. This makes it quick and easy to initiate new surveys with a similar framework.
• The same template can be used to communicate with 100,000’s of users and integrated with voice surveys.
• You can choose how long the survey runs for and how long a customer has to respond to the questions before the survey is terminated.
